Situation

A solar park with panel structures 75 cm and above. Grass grows under the panels and nobody wants to clear it by hand. Every centimeter of unmanaged vegetation is a loss — shaded panels, lower output, higher fire risk.

Problem

A traditional tractor damages panels and structures. Manual brushcutters under panels are slow, expensive and nobody wants to do it. Seasonal workers don't show up; the grass keeps growing. And a combustion engine in the dusty environment of a solar park is a fire risk.

SOLUTION

A circular energy cycle: panels generate electricity, Spider Electric 2.0 consumes it for maintenance, the maintenance keeps the panels at peak output. No fuel, no sparks, no compromise.
Spider Electric 2.0 fits under panel structures with 75 cm bottom clearance — its 72 cm profile covers the majority of utility-scale installations. 7 hours of operation per charge handles 3–5 ha, and charging can run directly from the solar panels of the site itself. Circular energy model = €0.50/ha operating cost.

For installations with extremely low structures (panels under 75 cm bottom edge), Raymo (50 cm) is the first choice. For very large sites with continuous operation (over 80 ha per day), Spider Electric 2.0 can be combined with Spider Autonomous 2.0 in a mixed fleet.
